If you’re dealing with bullying, difficult or toxic work culture, or thinking about your worker’s rights but are feeling overwhelmed by the system, we offer a space to unpack what’s happening and figure out your next steps.
Together we’ll clarify your situation, and explore the general options which might be available (such as internal complaints, escalation procedures, WorkSafe, Fair Work, unions or legal advice). We can also assist with helping you book appointments and get organised with things like timelines, notes, and questions to take to your GP, lawyer or other services.
Sometimes, just translating things like employment laws, contracts and workplace policies into simple, easy-to-understand language can help get you off to a good start. If you need it, we also provide ongoing counselling to support your mental health and wellbeing throughout the process.
