BUSINESS SERVICES
FOR MINING & FIFO EMPLOYERS
Workplace Wellbeing & Workforce Capability
How can MYNR work with your business to ensure the support, safety and success of your people?
Workforce Engagement
Workplace wellbeing and safety packages developed for site-based teams, to build strong foundations in WHS compliance from the ground up. On-the-job observations, leader check-ins and surveys are combined with shift-friendly workshops. Engagements are structured as 2-4 day visits to capture comprehensive insights, allowing MYNR to review priority concerns, develop and embed continuous improvement.
Capability & Development
Invest in your high achievers and upcoming leaders with industry-specific capability uplift, protecting your investment in people and acting as a retention lever. Peer supporter programs offer training, tools and resources so you can rely on an integrated team on the ground to build capacity, improve psychosocial hazard awareness, and reduce reliance on leaders and supervisors for everyday issues.
Counselling & RTW
Confidential 1:1 wellbeing conversations by appointment, on-site. Convenient and accessible, bridging the gap between work stressors and home, getting workers better support, faster. Early intervention addresses issues before they escalate into incidents, absenteeism and resignations. Trauma-informed care as part of return to work plans for psychologically safe re-entry. 1-4 days per visit and regular scheduling, or ad-hoc/post-incident.
What are you doing to ensure the wellbeing of your FIFO and site-based employees?
