There is no magic spell or promise we can make, that will guarantee you an offer tomorrow… but there certainly is a way to set yourself up for success, all the way from finding the right role, to complete wellbeing and a thriving career.

MYNR was built upon a passion for helping others, a love of the industry, and a community looking for direction
MYNR was established in Perth, Western Australia, in 2023. It’s a brand built on real human connection, first-hand experience, and professional expertise. It’s a collection of resources, guides and insights designed to help you achieve your wildest dreams… when it comes to mining, anyway.
MYNR founder Nat began her mining career at a small underground site in Tarago, New South Wales. From there, she’s worked in Queensland’s Bowen Basin, the Pilbara in Western Australia, and Perth (as well as some other smaller projects around WA). Career guidance, holistic wellbeing, helping others, and creating resources are just some of her passions - so, it kind of just made sense to build a business around those passions. MYNR isn’t a side hustle - it is a purpose-driven, human-centred business with big plans.
At the end of the day, our priority is delivering support and success with authenticity, and to become a trusted name in the mining community. So… how are we doing?
