FIFO COUPLES & FAMILIES
Confidential counselling with heart
Mining careers and the FIFO lifestyle can be intense - for workers and their loved ones. MYNR counselling offers confidential, down-to-earth support for individuals, couples and families who need space to talk things through, feel understood, and find practical ways forward.
You don’t need to arrive with a neat story - we can untangle things together. You can come on your own, with another adult family member, or a mix of individual and joint, if that’s helpful. All sessions are online, so you can join from camp or home - or each person from a different location.

Meet our founder
Natalie Anna
Wellbeing Specialist
Our industry deserves human-centred support, all the way from job search to career success, for those on site to the FIFO families back home. I’m passionate about helping people thrive in mining - safely, confidently, and with the right support.
That’s why I started MYNR.
"Natalie is one of the most professional, caring, and compassionate supervisors I have had. She cares for the people just as she cares for the projects she is working on.”
“I have had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie and I hold her in the highest regards in my dealings with her. Natalie has always been open and honest in our communications and her professionalism always shone through. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending her.”

For over 5 years, I worked as a gym manager and personal health coach, identifying goals and building plans for physical and mental wellbeing, with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. I’ve worked in mining all across Australia, and have been involved with many early careers initiatives, including programs at Rio Tinto, Mineral Resources, and Curtin University.
Professional development and continuous improvement are very important to me, which I exemplify through ongoing training and structured learning opportunities. In 2026, I am enrolled in a dual Diploma of Human Resources, and Leadership and Management.
I am available for remote and in-person support all across Australia, and look forward to working with you to start building a rewarding career, healthy lifestyle, and happy relationships.
