ABOUT MYNR AUSTRALIA

Redefining industry standards when it comes to the wellbeing of our people.

MYNR (pronounced “miner”) was established in 2023 to address a critical gap in workplace wellbeing and career development guidance for the mining and FIFO environment. It’s a brand built on real human connection, first-hand industry experience, and professional expertise.

Through our flagship MineWise™ program, we provide boots-on-the-ground support for workplace wellbeing and capability uplift - available Australia-wide (and online). Mining employers and industry leaders can benefit from reduced costs associated with turnover, WHS issues and poor workplace culture, and enjoy a more productive, healthy and sustainable workforce.

For individuals, couples and families, we offer a rich collection of resources, guides and online community designed to help you thrive, all the way from home to site.

MYNR is a purpose-driven, human-centred business with big plans. At the end of the day, our priority is delivering support and success with authenticity, as a trusted name in the mining community.

Founder/Director

Natalie Anna

Founder Nat began her mining career at a small underground site amongst the green pastures of Tarago, New South Wales, before venturing north to Queensland’s Bowen Basin, and eventually the red dirt plains of the Pilbara in Western Australia. She’s built a career grounded in real site experience and a deep respect for diverse workforces.

Today, Nat leads MYNR from Perth, supporting mining and remote operations nationwide. Her work sits at the intersection of psychosocial safety, workplace wellbeing, and capability uplift - helping workers to build better habits, leaders to have better conversations, and businesses to protect their investment in people. She designs tools that actually work on shift, addressing key areas of concern around retention, incident rates and safety culture.

Bringing a rare blend of practical industry insight and experience in human-centred health coaching, Nat is passionate about helping people thrive in mining - safely, confidently, and with the right support - from job search and early career development, through to long-term FIFO veterans and the families back home.

  • “An inspiring level of passion, professionalism, and commitment. Natalie is knowledgeable and experienced in her field, and very generous in sharing her expertise and insights... An excellent role model of workplace behaviours, approachable and encouraging, and deeply motivating. Natalie’s contribution had a meaningful and lasting impact… and I would highly recommend her for future mentoring, leadership, or outreach roles within the mining industry.” - Tahnee W., STEM Mentoring Program Lead (2025)

“Natalie is one of the most professional, caring, and compassionate supervisors I have had. She cares for the people just as she cares for the projects she is working on. She provided guidance, encouragement, and was a lot of fun to work with. Her strengths lie in her ability to connect with her peers, engaging in a professional and friendly manner. She embraces the notions of leadership by leading through example.” - Ahmed A., Mining Internship Project Engineer (2024)
