MYNR (pronounced “miner”) was established in 2023 to address a critical gap in workplace wellbeing and career development guidance for the mining and FIFO environment. It’s a brand built on real human connection, first-hand experience, and professional expertise. Our business services provide boots-on-the-ground support for workplace wellbeing and capability uplift. For individuals, couples and families, we offer a rich collection of resources, guides and insights designed to help you thrive, all the way from home to site.

Founder Nat began her mining career at a small underground site in Tarago, New South Wales. From there, she’s worked in Queensland’s Bowen Basin, the Pilbara in Western Australia, and travels nationally from Perth. Career guidance, holistic wellbeing, helping others, and creating resources are just some of her passions - so, it just made sense to build a business around these strengths. MYNR isn’t a side hustle - it is a purpose-driven, human-centred business with big plans.
