TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

• Entrants must be located in Australia at the time of application.

• MYNR business employees, retail associates and service providers, and their immediate family and household members are ineligible.

• Multiple entries are not permitted via the use of different email addresses for the same individual. All duplicate entries for the same person will become ineligible.

2. Entry requirements

• Entrants must apply to join and be approved as a new member of the Mining Collective online community, via the dedicated invite link (https://discord.gg/Eshqk5Gv).

• + 1 bonus entries are allocated for each invitation which is sent, accepted and approved.

• Entries are non-transferrable.

3. Duration

• MYNR offers multiple giveaways per year. The current MYNR Giveaway closes at 11:59 AEST 31/03/2026.

• The giveaway may close earlier or extend, at the discretion of the facilitator. In the case that the closing date changes, it will be amended in the Terms & Conditions.

5. Winner selection, notification and announcement

• One (1) winner will be selected by the giveaway facilitator at random

• All eligible entries will be considered

• Winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of competition close

• Winner’s first name and location (state) will be announced on this page within 7 days of competition close

• In the case that the winner does not acknowledge within 7 days, selection of a new winner will commence at the discretion of the giveaway facilitator per the existing Terms & Conditions

6. Prize and delivery

• Prize to be selected from items classed as “Drinkware” listed online at https://au.yeti.com/collections/drinkware

• One (1) item to the value of $85 (AUD) to be selected only; multiple items to the value of/under $85 are not permitted; any remaining prize value is forfeited

• Prize must be selected by the winner within 14 days of notice

• Prize selected must be in stock at time of selection, and available for dispatch by YETI Australia to the winner’s residential address within Australia

• Delivery and taxes will be covered by the giveaway facilitator

• Any additional costs, such as re-directed mail, is the responsibility of the winner

• Prize can not be exchanged for cash or gift cards

• Prize can be voluntarily forfeited by the winner in writing; the forfeited prize can be re-allocated to another winner at the discretion of the giveaway facilitator

7. Liability

• MYNR and the giveaway facilitator accept no liability for any issues related to entries, prizes or technical problems

• The giveaway is operated in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission Advertising and Promotions guidelines

• YETI, YETI Australia, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Squarespace, and Google Workspace are not associated with this competition

8. Privacy

• Entries are held in confidence by MYNR and the giveaway facilitator

• Any personal or identifying information will never be shared with any third parties, without the entrants permission
